For 4 Servings:
8 chicken wings
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1. Preheat your gas oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
5. Add the flour to the bowl and toss the wings again until they are coated in the flour.
6. Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, leaving some space between each wing.
