How to make Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

For 4 Servings:

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

2 cups of broccoli florets

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of heavy cream

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional herbs (such as parsley, thyme, rosemary)

Lemon wedges for garnish

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

2. In a pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the chicken until browned and cooked through.

3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

5. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside.

6. In the same pan, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

7. Add 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and any optional herbs (such as parsley, thyme, rosemary) to the pan.

8. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.

9. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and broccoli to the pan and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.

10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

11. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
