How to make Lemon Chicken Linguine Pasta

8 oz Linguine pasta

2 boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

2. In a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

3. Once the oil is hot, add 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces) and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

5. In the same pan, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

6. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the pan and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.

7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.

8. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and toss to combine.

9. Season the pasta with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
