For 4 Servings:
8 ounces of elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 cups of whole milk
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)

Note: You can also use other types of pasta, such as penne or fusilli, to make mac and cheese.
