8 large eggs

1/4 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

4. Optional: add any additional ingredients such as shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or diced vegetables to the mixing bowl.

5. In a medium-sized non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and use a spatula to stir the eggs continuously as they cook.

7. Continue stirring and lifting the eggs from the bottom of the skillet to the top until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
