For 4 Servings:
8 large eggs
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
1.Crack two eggs into a mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of milk to the eggs and whisk them together until they are well combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Optional: add any additional ingredients such as shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or diced vegetables to the mixing bowl.
5. In a medium-sized non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
